Every alert adds time with its own moment. These are the default amounts; you set every one.
From the settings panel
The same buttons as the top of the widget's settings in StreamElements.
The final countdown turns the time coral, so chat knows it is now or never. On stream you pick when it starts: 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before the end.

Anyone in chat. Neither changes the time.
