Yours to use.
Ours to keep.

You buy a widget, you get a licence to run it on your channel. The code, the pets and the sounds stay mine. That is the whole deal. The longer version is below, and the same text ships inside the download.

YOU MAY

  • Run it on your channelAny platform, as many streams as you like, for as long as you like.
  • Change everything in the settingsPet, island, outfit, colours, fonts. It is your copy.
  • Poke at the filesEdit it for your own stream. Break it, fix it, I will still help.

YOU MAY NOT

  • Share or sell the filesNot the original, not a modified copy, not a piece of it.
  • Lift the assetsThe pets, animations, art and sounds do not leave this widget. No other overlays, products or projects.
  • Call it yoursLeave the copyright notices in, do not build a rival from it, and do not sell anything under the Pocket Island or Nymbra names.

Six things worth knowing
before a pet moves in.

One purchase, one streamer

A purchase is for you and your channels. If you run a team, an agency or a few friends' streams, each channel needs its own licence. Message me on Etsy and we will work it out.

Updates and support

Updates I put in the shop are yours. The widget comes as is. StreamElements, Twitch, YouTube, Kick and Last.fm all change things without asking, so I cannot promise it survives every change. I do keep up.

Refunds

It is a digital download, so refunds follow the Etsy shop policy for digital items.

Copies and takedowns

If you see this widget, or its pets, islands, art or sounds, sold or shared by anyone but me, tell me through the shop. I file takedowns.

Free previews and custom builds

Previews and custom work I make for individual streamers fall under the same licence. They are for that streamer's channel, not for passing around.

Trademarks

Pocket Island and Nymbra are my trademarks. Mention them all you like when you talk about the widget. Just do not sell things under those names.

COPYRIGHT

Every pet, island, animation, sound and line of code in Pocket Island and my other widgets is my own work and protected by copyright. Nothing in them is generated.
